Julius Fridriksson is a professor at the University of South Carolina, USA, and Director of the Center for the Study of Aphasia Recovery (C-STAR). His research focuses on the rehabilitation of aphasia, primarily in stroke patients, as well as the neural mechanisms of speech and language processing. Fridriksson also serves as the Vice President for Research at his academic institution.
