Description

The biomarkers, UCHL-1 & GFAP are brain specific proteins that can be measured in serum and plasma in the acute phase following TBI. Since being launched over 2 years ago, the biomarkers gained traction in medical research and international guidelines and consensus statements to aid in the evaluation of adult patients presenting with a suspected mild traumatic brain injury.
