1. To learn about the set-up of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic for persistent post-concussive symptoms
2. Gaining perspectives on concussion assessment and management from national and international experts
3. Setting up a clinical registry to monitor symptom burden and intervention effectiveness to improve patient outcomes
4. Potential future directions for clinical management and research including determining predictive factors and long-term effects
