Lead-tracking technology for registered exhibitors will be provided to ensure that you are generating a post-event customer and interactions record for follow up.
All exhibitors will receive a unique login to the lead-tracking app and all attendees will have an individual QR code included on their name badge. The lead-tracking app allows exhibitors to scan delegates QR codes and recorded leads will be collected in a GDPR compliant exportable csv.
App login details will be sent prior to the event. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the process to maximise delegate engagement and lead capture.
Important: To ensure lead-tracking technology is set up for all registered exhibitors prior to arriving onsite, the allocation of exhibitor registrations must be completed by Friday 24 May.
